Responded to service call for 15-year-old boiler system producing loud buzzing noise from electrical components. Diagnostic testing identified buzzing from failing Aquastat relay that was still operational but at risk of imminent failure. Completed full replacement of Aquastat relay and boiler unit to restore proper system function and eliminate noise issue.
Performed diagnostic assessment on Bosch tankless water heater experiencing insufficient heating capacity for tub applications while maintaining adequate temperature (126°F) for sink fixtures. Completed comprehensive inspection of intake/venting system, ignitor, flame sensor, burner assembly, and heat exchangers, identifying heat exchanger scale buildup and control board errors. System exhibited shutdown issues following flush procedure. Scheduled follow-up service with technician Jared and arranged for comfort advisor to present repair/replacement options.
Diagnosed and repaired whole home humidifier that was not operating due to disconnected wiring. Performed complete system check including water supply line, control wiring, and electrical connections. Successfully restored normal operation by reconnecting loose wires and cycling the humidifier to verify proper functionality.

Performed warranty repair on Lennox furnace (Model: EL297UH070XV36B, Serial: 5924L10120) by replacing the control board. Connected A2L sensor to the furnace and verified proper integration with the S40 thermostat and E30 control hub. System testing confirmed restoration of normal heating operation.
Responded to leak report from ceiling above basement shower. Diagnosed issue as a pin hole leak in the 1/2" copper water supply line for the main floor toilet. Replaced damaged copper tubing with new 1/2" PEX tubing, installed appropriate fittings and new stop valve. Work was completed with access through entry closet, resolving the water intrusion problem.

Responded to a service call for a leaking water heater with water escaping from the bottom rear of the unit. Upon inspection, determined the 10-year-old unit had a cracked tank causing the leak. Replaced with new Bradford White 50-gallon natural gas power vented water heater and installed expansion tank. Customer has Family Rewards membership.
Replaced malfunctioning ECM blower motor module and reconnected system in furnace. Performed operational verification through system cycling to confirm proper function. Equipment is now working correctly with new Auer Steel Plymouth WC variable speed ECM motor module installed and configured.
Performed warranty repair on Lennox EL18KSV heat pump system with E30 smart hub. Replaced defective E30 control board at the furnace and outdoor temperature sensor due to error code. After installation, programmed the board, verified all connections, cycled the system to test both heat pump and furnace operation, and successfully reconnected the system to Wi-Fi and Lennox server. System now operating normally.
Responded to service callback for oil furnace with ignition and heating failure. Diagnosed system lockout caused by excessive soot accumulation in exhaust flue, as evidenced by visual inspection and documented soot removal. Successfully restored proper operation after purging fuel line, inspecting nozzle and ignition components, clearing error codes, and confirming multiple successful system startups with normal combustion.
