Beca was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. She throughly went through our furnace and brought up a few things we need to keep our eyes. Not serious problems but just things to watch.
When she was done you couldn't even tell that she was there. Everything was as clean as it was before she worked on furnace. I would not hesitate to have her do more work for us.
Beca came out as we thought our furnace wasn’t working. We neglected to take caps off the vents. We cover as bees get in them. Beca figured it out as we weren’t remembering. Beca was so awesome. She checked everything over. What a great person you have as an employee. We weren’t charged which was a huge surprise.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I had an estimate in the morning and it was installed the same day. Lazlo did an excellent job with the installation of our Toto bidet. The price was very reasonable
We've had a new water heater, furnace, and AC installed in the past year, as well as quotes on electrical work and some annual inspections included with Hurlburt's loyalty program. We're been very satisfied with all of these interactions, and are glad to have a first-call service provider whenever needs arise. Every service rep and installer has been prompt, friendly, hard-working and very competent, which makes for a great experience! Matt was terrific and helped me understand the issues with my toilet and faucet. He even got me connected to a Toto Toilet help line for future issues. He will return to fix the faucet when the parts come in. Great job Matt and thanks!

I needed to have resistant caps put on my AC unit that had been installed by Hulburts Heating & Plumbing. Fred G came out and he was friendly, knowledgeable and quick! My water heater started leaking late Saturday night, and Hurlburt had a technician out to my house by Monday afternoon.
Matt was absolutely fantastic. After we determined it needed a full replacement, he had a new water heater delivered and completely installed within just a few hours.
What really stood out was his incredible professionalism and attitude. I hovered over his shoulder the entire time to absorb some knowledge, and he didn't mind it at all. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field, held a great conversation, and cheerfully answered every single question I had. He is highly informative and clearly holds his work to a very high standard.
The cost did seem a little on the high end, but everyone's gotta make money, and the fast turnaround, top-tier expertise, and absolute peace of mind were completely worth it. I highly recommend Hurlburt—and Matt specifically!

We had our sump pump inspected today as we are getting ready to list our home. Bryson was wonderful, assessing the most likely least expensive cause of the system not responding and down the line, finally determining that it indeed was the pump. He answered all my questions and is a very good at teaching. We will definitely use this service again.

Matt came to replace a couple hose bibs and install a pressure regulator to prevent scalding in one bathroom. He was very personable and professional offering suggestions for the best solutions without kicking up the price for the work done. Cleaned up the work sites afterwards and did a great job.
Second time I have called out Hurlburt, another great round. Did everything within the scope of work plus took time to make sure other fittings were good to go on natural gas. The peace of mind alone, much worth it. New home to me, and they located numerous loose fittings to address. This wasn't an upsell moment, it was a doing things right moment. The price was the price, whether they took the time to address those items not included or not. Kudos!
Awesome work. New sink was deeper so they worked hard to get the new disposal and reverse osmosis to fit. They did it! Replaced water heater and installed water softener, so happy with the new product. Bryson and Andrew were knowledgeable, professional, hard workers and very nice to boot. Hurlers is the best! We always use them for our repairs…
Jeff, the project manager, and Ben, were both superb from start to finish. They arrived on time. Jeff verified everything that was going to be done and set up protective cloths for wherever they would walk inside. Progress reports were provided throughout the day while converting our home from 60 Amp to 200 Amp service, with a new circuit box in the basement, as well as a new masthead and new meter box on the outside. Jeff and Ben checked all appliances, rooms, and/or receptacles for power and in order to label each circuit breaker. Both men cleaned up all work areas nicely. I highly recommend Jeff as your project manager.
Jim was very professional and explained everything he did with my wife and I. Took his time to make sure the settings were correct and the furnace was functioning in an optimal manner.
