Next is the Level 2 chargers – which are the ones we’d recommend choosing – now these require a 240-volt outlet instead but the difference in speed is absolutely noticeable since they provide 10-60 miles of range per hour.
Finally, you don’t really need to know too much about the Level 3 chargers since you’d generally only find them in commercial settings, never someone’s actual house, but as mentioned earlier, these use direct current (DC) and can add up to a whopping 100 miles of range in as little as 20-30 minutes.
