Unit is approximately 2 years old with properly installed expansion tank and plumbing connections.
Responded to no-heat call at office location. System was found in lockout with pressure switch failed closed (code 23). Removed pressure switch tubing which allowed unit to fire up, indicating faulty pressure switch. After multiple cycles, system operated properly. Water staining observed on ceiling tile near system access panel. Will return to replace pressure switch after checking warranty status and schedule preventative maintenance service as requested by customer.
Responded to service call for Navien boiler displaying error code E13. Diagnostic testing revealed internal circulation pump failure due to faulty control board not outputting required 120V to pump. Adjusted dampers in the chiropractic section to address overheating issues. Submitted parts request for replacement control board, noting potential availability concerns due to unit age. Customer informed that new boiler installation may be necessary if parts are unavailable.
Diagnosed and resolved no-heat issue on 2-year-old furnace in mobile home. Investigation revealed furnace repeatedly clicking but failing to ignite due to a failed blower motor. Removed accumulated dust and debris from system and replaced the defective blower motor, restoring normal heating operation.
Successfully installed customer-supplied kitchen faucet in stainless steel sink mounted in dark granite countertop. Completed installation without modifications to existing configuration, maintaining original holes, supply lines, and stops.

Successfully restored proper drainage function, confirmed by flushing system and testing water flow.
Responded to service call for non-operational garbage disposal. Diagnosed unit as completely failed and replaced with new garbage disposal. Verified proper operation after installation and ensured no leaks from connections.
