Upon inspection, identified two sources of leakage in the kitchen island above: a malfunctioning reverse osmosis pump and a defective faucet sprayer. Removed the unnecessary RO pump and provided replacement parts for the faucet to resolve the issue.
Diagnosed failed Tekmar control board in building 1400 boiler system that had caused complete heat loss to multiple apartments. Implemented temporary repair by installing two relays and a time delay circuit to bypass damaged board contacts, successfully restoring circulation pump operation and heat production. Set water pressure on both boilers to 20 PSI and ordered replacement control board for permanent repair during follow-up visit.
Completed installation of three customer-supplied lavatory fixtures and one kitchen faucet as requested. Successfully rehooked kitchen drain connection to ensure proper drainage. All fixtures were tested for functionality and correct water flow with no leaks observed.
Performed maintenance tune-up on 12-year-old Trane furnace. Discovered cracked heat exchanger (over one inch past the crimp) and heavily soiled flame sensor. System was tagged out for safety due to the critical heat exchanger failure, and comfort advisor was notified regarding replacement options.

Due to age and extensive deterioration, replaced the entire unit rather than attempting repair of the failing components.
