Drained approximately two gallons of contaminated water from system via existing drain valve, which restored proper circulation. Replenished system water level after draining. Verified heating function restored to apartment. Maintenance staff confirmed this is a recurring issue requiring periodic flushing of this terminal section of the distribution system.
Conducted inspection of existing gas line for range installation. Verified gas line is capped off and in good working condition. Educated customer on gas line routing throughout property and demonstrated proper main shutoff procedure at exterior meter, noting absence of interior shutoff valve.
Successfully cleared a clogged shower drain in the upstairs bathroom by using a snaking technique. Upon inspection, the shower drain plug was identified as the source of the drainage issue, and proper snaking procedures were performed to restore normal water flow.

Responded to no-heat call for 12-year-old furnace that was blowing cold air with pressure switch error code. Diagnosed primary issue as tripped limit switch due to plugged air filter. Reset limit switch and discovered sock lodged in blower assembly near heat exchanger, which was removed after pulling the blower. Responded to no-heat service call. Upon inspection, identified failed draft inducer motor assembly as source of heating failure. Removed and replaced defective inducer assembly. Documented replacement with photos of component. Customer had initially requested full furnace replacement; however, repair of inducer motor resolved the immediate issue. Discussed options with customer and arranged for service advisor follow-up for potential system upgrade evaluation.
Responded to service call regarding zone system issues where 2nd floor wasn't receiving heat. Diagnosed problem with one of five dampers in the three-zone system. Identified non-operational damper motor for upper bedroom zone, successfully repaired the damper mechanism, and verified proper system functionality through cycling tests. Performed replacement of blower motor and capacitor on Carrier HVAC system located in basement. Removed and cleaned blower wheel thoroughly. Installed new control board, motor, and capacitor. System was tested after reassembly and is now operating within normal parameters.
