Responded to no cooling call on 10+ year old A/C unit that would only run briefly before shutting down, with indoor temperature reaching near 90 degrees. Upon inspection, diagnosed condenser fan motor as seized and inoperative. Replaced failed condenser fan motor due to age and condition of unit. System restored to normal operation.

Responded to no heat condition on garage-mounted heating unit. Upon arrival, verified inducer motor was operating normally, but unit experienced ignition failure. Spark igniter was energizing properly, however burners would not light. Inspected pressure switch system and discovered debris and dust accumulation restricting the pressure switch tubing. Cleaned pressure switch tubing, pressure switch port, and inducer connection, removing all obstructions. Retested unit following cleaning and confirmed proper ignition sequence completion with burners lighting successfully. Heat established and circulating blower activated as designed. Cycled heater through multiple operations to verify consistent ignition and confirm all components functioning normally. Unit restored to full operational status.
