Recommended ongoing maintenance schedule for regular coil and filter cleaning to maintain optimal system efficiency.
Responded to callback for leak under kitchen sink following previous garbage disposal service. Upon inspection, discovered the coupling nut on the sink strainer basket was deformed and failing to create a proper seal. Removed the defective nut and installed a new replacement coupling nut on the strainer basket assembly.
