Combustion analysis confirmed elevated carbon monoxide levels with compromised flame pattern due to air infiltration through heat exchanger breach. System condemned as unsafe to operate; recommended immediate shutdown pending repair or replacement. Service advisor appointment scheduled.
Diagnosed water softener system leaking from the resistor tank seal at the connection point of the head assembly.
