Performed diagnostic service on 20-year-old mobile home furnace (2006 model) that was not producing heat. Inspection revealed non-operational gas valve and igniter as primary failure points. System evaluation showed blower motor running but heavily contaminated and drawing excessive amperage. Heat exchanger inspection identified weak areas but no visible cracks. After reviewing repair options with customer, they elected to pursue a complete system replacement rather than component repairs.

Inspected system to identify water source issues, drained the pump basket to restore functionality, and examined the discharge pipe connection which showed signs of wear. Recommended insulation for the exterior discharge line to prevent future freezing.

Reset breaker, which restored power to unit, and verified boiler returned to full operational status. System now functioning properly with normal operating temperatures (supply: 78°F, return: 75°F) and inlet pressure (16.9psi).
Responded to a no-heat call for a 5-year-old furnace system. Diagnostic inspection revealed a clogged air filter causing system restriction. Removed and replaced filter, which restored normal heating operation. System functioning properly upon completion of service.
Responded to a water leak complaint originating from upstairs bathroom shower and extending to basement. Diagnostic inspection revealed water intrusion through ceiling when bathtub/shower was in use. Located defective tub waste and overflow assembly. Successfully replaced tub waste and overflow components, effectively resolving the leak issue.
Replaced ignitor and spark rod along with venturi on furnace. Identified seized gas line to gas valve and complete loss of pressure indicating heat exchanger failure. System inspection revealed significant oxidation and corrosion on copper components, particularly at connection points. Recommended consultation with comfort advisor for complete system replacement.
Performed tune-up service on 12-year-old IBC boiler. Removed igniter to inspect heat exchanger, finding significant scale buildup and rust on inner walls. Customer elected to schedule follow-up consultation with service advisor.
Responded to service call for IBC boiler CK199 reporting high vent limit error code and no hot water. Inspected venting system which showed proper condition, slope and clear termination. Diagnostic testing included running hot water for extended period while monitoring stack temperature, which remained below 127°F. Verified proper operation of exhaust temperature sensor, condensate drainage system, and central heating functionality. No current operational issues detected; likely caused by heavy hot water demand. Instructed customer on proper boiler reset procedure.
Responded to service call for 2013 IBC boiler with no heat, exhibiting similar issues as previous visit. Upon inspection, detected gas odor during ignition failure. Removed spark ignitor, found it loose in ceramic housing, cleaned and properly realigned it. Upon reinstallation, boiler successfully fired up. Recommended future service to include replacement of spark ignitor, gas valve, and heat exchanger cleaning.
Diagnosed 2013 IBC boiler that was short cycling and failing to ignite properly. Found significant corrosion on ignitor, uncleaned heat exchanger, and unit producing banging noise during startup. Determined heat exchanger and gas valve require replacement to resolve issues.

Performed comprehensive testing including combustion analysis, temperature differential measurement, and leak check. All components now functioning according to manufacturer specifications with proper operation verified.
Diagnosed boiler operating abnormally with flame fluctuations and vibration noise at intake pipe. Inspection revealed damaged ignitor at spark point and internal damage to the Venturi damper section affecting airflow and causing noise. Ordered replacement parts including ignitor, flame sensor, and gas valve assembly with attached Venturi.
Responded to service call for furnace not heating properly. Diagnosed failed inducer motor causing pressure switch issues. Replaced inducer assembly due to age and operational failure. System now cycling properly and producing heat.
Responded to customer complaint of boiler experiencing flame fluctuations and vibration noise in the intake pipe, similar to previous issue addressed last year.
