The repair addressed both the burst section of pipe and ensured proper operation of the shut-off valve assembly to prevent future water loss and allow for seasonal system maintenance.
Completed scheduled air conditioning tune-up and maintenance inspection on Daikin HVAC system. During inspection, identified malfunctioning condensate pump that had seized and was no longer operational. Removed failed condensate pump unit and installed new replacement pump to ensure proper drainage and prevent potential water damage or system shutdown.
Responded to emergency gas leak call where Centerpoint identified multiple leaking regulators at water heater and furnace locations. Coordinated with Centerpoint technician on-site to prevent service lockout. Replaced one failed gas regulator and removed two obsolete regulators to eliminate leak points.
