Diagnosed and serviced mobile home furnace that was reportedly shutting off in auto mode but working in manual mode. System was functioning properly during inspection, but discovered and replaced weak capacitor as preventative measure. Customer also reported gas odor from stove - soap tested fittings and found no leaks in the flex line, advised issue likely within stove itself which is outside our service scope. Customer was informed that waste oil burner in shop requires specialized service not offered by our company.
Performed comprehensive annual furnace maintenance per membership agreement including cleaning condensate drain, trap, flame sensor and spark rod igniter. Inspected heat exchanger (good condition), verified proper operation in both first and second stage firing sequences with no issues detected, and replaced air filter. System is functioning normally with no operational concerns identified.
Performed preventative maintenance on 10-12 year old LP Amana furnace. Diagnostic inspection revealed critical end-of-life conditions including deteriorated burners, failing inducer and blower motor bearings, and a weak ignitor (confirmed via ohm check). Due to age and multiple component failures, recommended complete furnace replacement rather than extensive repairs.
Diagnosed no-heat condition on 35-year-old furnace; found corroded and broken pressure switch hose connected to inducer motor preventing proper furnace startup. Upon full inspection, discovered cracked and severely rusted secondary heat exchanger requiring complete system replacement. Tagged unit as unsafe for operation pending replacement; service advisor scheduled for quote.
Performed scheduled furnace tune-up, replacing customer-supplied dirty filter and verifying all electrical components were within specification. Inspected heat exchanger and identified areas of concern along back bends and main burner inlets that should be monitored, though no holes or cracks were found. Unit demonstrated proper operation with satisfactory 50°F temperature rise during 15-minute testing period.
Performed routine furnace preventative maintenance on aging 15+ year old system. Inspection revealed rusty heat exchanger and oil leakage from inducer motor, though unit currently operating within specifications. Enrolled customer in Frequent Rider program for ongoing monitoring of deteriorating components to extend equipment lifespan.
Performed on-site assessment of 30-year-old electric boiler system per customer request. Inspected existing plumbing infrastructure including copper piping, valves, and electrical connections in utility area. Evaluated current wood boiler setup and discussed supplemental heating options. Gathered necessary information to prepare estimate for replacement with either electric or LP boiler system.
Performed annual tune-up on three Lennox furnaces and six mini-split systems. Serviced furnaces including flame sensor cleaning, condensate drain inspection, heat exchanger evaluation, and operational testing with temperature rise verification. Inspected mini-split outdoor units, removed mouse nesting material from two units (no wire damage), and verified proper operation of all indoor heads. All systems functioning within specifications.
Family rewards club inspection. Found a few issues with the pluming. The water heater was very old and showing signs of rust, the copper pipes were corroding, the angle stops were corroded. Gave suggestions on repairs and water treatment. Scheduled to take care with 3 plumbers on Monday 21st. Thank you

Air conditioning repair at a residential home. After careful inspection of the system, I found that the compressor was not working properly. I replaced the compressor and the air conditioner started working properly again.
Air Conditioning System Repair Service: During our inspection of the client's AC system, we identified a malfunctioning low-pressure switch as the culprit behind irregular system operation. This component is crucial for regulating pressure levels within the system. To restore proper functionality, we promptly replaced the defective switch with a new, high-quality one. This replacement guarantees accurate pressure regulation, prevents potential damage to system components, and optimizes cooling efficiency to ensure the client's comfort.
Water Heater Repair: Investigating a client's report of strange noises emanating from the water heater, our team conducted a thorough assessment. The examination revealed a sediment-laden tank as the root cause of the noises. Our technicians performed a meticulous tank drain, eliminating the sediment, and replaced a worn-out anode rod, ensuring not only quiet and efficient hot water production but also extending the lifespan of the water heating system. The client can now enjoy the tranquility of a noise-free water heater and the long-term reliability of their water heating infrastructure.
