Most homes, both north and south of Railroad Avenue, have gas heating due to Colfax’s widespread natural gas access. Our team is skilled with the latest technologies, including gas furnaces, boilers for radiant heating, condensing furnaces, variable-speed air handlers, and more. Our technicians also work with hybrid systems that pair an electric heat pump with a furnace for more efficient heating.
Our Heating Technicians Do It All:
- Heating Repair: Heating troubles can range from inconvenient to downright dangerous. From freezing during a frigid January in Colfax to dangerous gases releasing into your home, call our team to make your home warm and safe again.
- Heating Installation: Professional sizing is crucial when upgrading your heating system. A heater that’s too small or too large will cycle irregularly and experience excessive wear and tear. A well-sized system will be energy-efficient and reliable for many years to come.
- Heating Maintenance: HVAC warranties usually require annual heating tune-ups, and they help you avoid many common repair issues. Clean heating equipment burns fuel more efficiently and costs less to operate. You can save even more as a member of the Hurlburt Family Rewards Program.
While local homeowners once considered cooling a luxury, that isn’t the case any longer. Central AC is a convenient and practical choice for homes with ducts. For those that don’t, ductless AC is a much more effective and efficient alternative to clunky, energy-hogging window units.
We’ll Keep You Comfortable All Summer:
- Cooling Repair: Even minor issues can throw that efficiency out of whack and cause your costs to rise. Our technicians repair all makes and models.
- Cooling Installation: We can customize a wide range of cooling systems for your Colfax home. Zone control is a modern feature that can lower your energy costs. A mini-split is an alternative that doesn’t require ducts.
- Cooling Maintenance: Spring tune-ups result in reliable cooling, lower costs, and better indoor air quality. Our Hurlburt Family Rewards Program includes maintenance, discounts, priority service, and more.
Our plumbers encourage homeowners to schedule an annual plumbing inspection. It’s an opportunity to identify and correct issues early before they get serious. You can also explore the latest plumbing advancements and how they may improve your home.
Electrical inspections can find electrical hazards, code compliance issues, and inefficiencies. If you want to increase your home’s capacity for more appliances and electronics, fix electrical panels, or install new systems altogether, we’re the friendly team to call.
Let Us Maximize Your Home’s Safety and Energy Efficiency:
- Electrical Repair: Electrical problems pose serious risks, including fires, damaged appliances, and shocks. Don’t ignore warm outlets, flickering lights, or frequently tripped circuit breakers.
- Electrical Installation: If you have an older home, you might want to upgrade your outdated electrical panels. A modern panel makes a home safer and more efficient. We can upgrade capacity, add outlets, install lighting, and implement smart home solutions to bring your household into the future.
