Sump Pump Maintenance: During routine servicing of a client’s sump pump, we discovered a significant blockage in the discharge pipe, restricting water flow. Left unaddressed, this could have led to basement flooding. We swiftly cleared the clog and tested the pump’s operation, ensuring it functioned reliably to protect the home from water damage.
AC Repair Service: Upon arriving at a residential property experiencing inconsistent cooling, I conducted a thorough diagnostic evaluation. My assessment revealed that a malfunctioning thermostat was responsible for the fluctuating temperatures. I promptly replaced the faulty thermostat and tested the system to ensure consistent and reliable cooling performance, restoring comfort to the homeowner.
I was called to repair a heat pump that was not working properly. I arrived at the customer's house and found that the heat pump was not producing any heat. I diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor and the heat pump was working again.
