Cycled system which resolved the stuck pressure switch issue, and furnace successfully fired up. Conducted flue gas analysis with Testo 310 analyzer, confirming proper combustion efficiency between 94.9-95.0% with acceptable CO levels.
Performed comprehensive furnace tune-up service, including inspection of heat exchanger via camera, verification of burners, blower, inducer, pressure switch, safety switches, limit switches, flame sensor, and igniter. Customer reported loud banging noise when furnace turns off; although noise could not be replicated during service, noted potential source may be the blower motor. System was cycled to verify safe and proper operation, with all components currently functioning normally.
