Completed annual spring cooling maintenance on two air conditioning systems as part of recurring preventive maintenance agreement. Performed comprehensive tune-ups on both units, including inspection of all major components, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, and operational performance testing. The newer system's air filter was inspected and found to be in acceptable condition for continued use. The older system's air filter required removal and is scheduled for replacement by another technician.
