After assessment, determined that capping the affected water line was the most appropriate solution rather than valve replacement. Successfully capped the leaking supply line and also capped an unnecessary refrigerator water line per customer preference. Verified all connections were secure and leak-free upon completion.
Responded to service call for 1-year-old Lennox AC unit reporting loud jet-like noise and lack of cooling. Upon arrival, inspected outdoor condensing unit and determined noise was likely caused by debris that had fallen into fan assembly during operation. Verified system operation, confirmed adequate cooling performance, and found no mechanical defects or required repairs.
