The staff at Hurlburt are very professional and friendly. They listened to what our needs were and installed the right furnace and air conditioner that works perfectly in our home. We are very happy with the product and company. Would highly recommend! Had Hurlburt plumbers at our house to check on some things again today. They are very personable, professional and timely. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Hurlburt will always be my first call when I need something done!

We're able to schedule me for a furnace and air conditioning check up and cleaning very quickly, and even called to get my appointment moved up a little earlier. The tech was pleasant and very thorough, more thorough than any other cleaning/inspections I've had in the last 15 years... and replaced a couple start capacitors. Rates seemed a little higher than other places in town in my opinion, but felt warranted given the time spent and the thorough job, and ability to schedule me in just a few days. Only minor disappointment was that I requested both a furnace and air check/cleaning but, as he was finishing up, the tech mentioned he only had me scheduled for the air conditioning service, not both... so I will have the furnace cleaning done in the fall. They did offer to stay and complete the furnace which was nice, but I was ok with scheduling later since I won't be using my furnace until fall anyway, and didn't want to back up other appointments.

All personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient and thorough when explaining and answering questions that I had. Tony G. made sure I was completely satisfied with the work performed as was Paul, who installed the mini-split. Paul cleaned up the area and was helpful in recommending the correct paint/caulking to purchase for blending the gutter color to my siding. I’m pleased with working with Hurlburt and recommend them.

We called Hurlburt when our AC system gave us a message to call the service technician...so it was a non emergency situation...We set up an appointment for the next morning....very fast. Our technician Ernie was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable,and thourough. Diagnosed the problem, patiently explained the situation and installed the new part and charged a fair price... Now we have a new service company....Hurlburt

This was our first experience with Hurlburt and I must say it was better than expected. The 2 gentlemen that came arrived when they said they would, a very pleasant surprise! They were very professional and fixed our issue quickly and very well. They were even nice to our dog which can scare most people because she is a St. Bernard. Big bark but very sweet and they even showed her respect. I would recommend these 2 gentlemen to anyone and hope they are the ones who come back to do the rest we asked them about. Thank you so much for your efforts!!!

Mike was great. He called prior to his visit to see if it was able to be resolved over the phone. After hearing more details, he arrived shortly after he contacted me. He was very professional, he let me know what he was doing, and he even showed me a video of what the problem was inside my furnace. He fixed the problem, cleaned up all the mess he made from the repair, and made sure everything was working. Afterwards, he gave me more tips on how I can keep my unit running efficiently by keeping it clean. All this on a Sunday.

Andrew our estimator was awesome! He looked over our house and helped us find not only the right furnace and central air he helped us find the best deal! We got rebates and great service but to mention an INCREDIBLE WATRANTY!! From the time we spoke to the woman that answered the phone we knew their customer service was amazing! The crew that installed were stellar! Hurlburts has it all.... great deals, an efficient team and OUTSTANDING customer service! We cannot thank you all enough!

Awesome service. Technician was right on time and went straight to work. Had me up and running in 30 minutes, and even cleaned up after himself. The price was fair and I would highly recommend Hurlburt to anyone needing plumbing service.

I needed an inspection of the heater in my recently purchased home. I received the inspection the day after I called; it was quick, but thourough and a very fair price. The technician gave me operating tips and things to be aware of (like the fan bearing noise and could go out in a few years). I will definitely use them again.

Shawn provided great plumbing service! He is very experienced and easy to talk to. Shawn came out today and fixed my on going leaking and clogging problem from bathroom sink. He’s a great guy! This is my second time using Hurlburt and and they have provided great service and technicians with great customer service!

I had been using the company that installed our geothermal unit for yearly maintenance. When I called them this fall they told me that they no longer service geothermal. What?! Thanks for letting me know that. After a little research I was directed to Hurlbert. Setting up the appointment was easy. The tech called me before he came to give me a heads up. Oh, by the way, these guys actually come when they say they will come. That’s awesome. Mike was very friendly and courteous. He wasn’t pushy when suggesting service issues. As far as pricing, they are competitive. I will be using them from now on as my geothermal maintenance company.

I believe the people working are genuinely helpful, however they seem to be too busy to be effective. I scheduled a consultation for service, but it wasn't an emergency so I was double scheduled several times and didn't get my consultation for nearly a month. I was promised communication regarding a heating unit that would be helpful for my home, however after several days I am still waiting for the information. Thanks anyway I guess...

Called this company after checking reviews on-line. The receptionist was friendly—always a good sign. I told her I was surprised there were so many excellent reviews, so I decided to try them and hoped I would have the same experience. Shaun came the day and time we set. He gave me his professional opinion which I went with and am pleased I did. It also saved me money. He completed the job in a timely manner and left the area clean! Very kind person as well.

Andrew at Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing is AWESOME! After having my AC & furnace replaced by the Hurlburt crew this past summer, I needed a cover for my AC unit. Andrew took care of everything! He didn’t just hand the me the cover or have one shipped to my house, but rather he took the time to personaly install it himself. It fits perfectly! Hurlburt has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them.

I had an broken water pipe emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Hurlburt has 24/7 service, they came promptly when another local plumber declined his services. The serviceman was efficient, friendly and nice looking as well. As luck would have it, there was another leak, so another crew came back Monday morning, fixed that promptly and efficiently also, now it's all good to go!

I recently moved to Eau Claire. I had been looking for a plumber and an boiler guy to help me with some projects. These guys were awesome! They were able to give me options to choose from so I didn’t throw away my budget, plus they walked me through everything I need to know about the boiler. Price was very affordable too (even the high end options). As long as I live in their service area, I will continue to use them for plumbing and heating! And they were genuinely nice people!

Shawn was knowledgeable and friendly. My husband was impressed. Connie at the office was friendly and helpful. Ended up with a new toilet when I thought all the current one needed was a new part. Parts are no longer available for the one I had even though it was only 7-1/2 years old. Bummed about that...

Ernie came to my house on a Saturday & was super friendly, full of information plus he explained everything as he went along. He made sure I knew how much it was going to cost before he was doing anything which was really helpful.
